MountainRags was conceived by Lisa Kravetz, an avid mountain climber and hiker. Lisa, a mother of two, has hiked Camelback Mountain every day since 1996 (that's nearly 4,000 times and counting!). She derives both exhilaration and inner peace from the beauty of the rock formations, the challenging trails and the fellowship of fellow-climbers. During these years of hiking (and flying for US Airways) Lisa has become an advocate for Camelback Mountain. This dedication inspired the idea to further promote interest in recreational hiking.
MountainRags LLC specializes in creating casual, high quality mountain wear. The specialized T-shirt line is designed for novices who want to tout their hiking accomplishments ("I Conquered the Camel!") as well as the regular hiker who wants to wear fun t-shirts and comfortable hiking wear. The T-shirts may also be customized to various mountains such as Camelback Mountain, Piestawa Peak, Pinnacle Peak, The Superstitions and South Mountain.
