Most purchases are shipped from our Phoenix warehouse, to arrive within 14 to 20 business days of receipt of the order. In the event of a delay, we will notify you by mail. Items shipped outside the contiguous 48 states are delivered by Parcel Post at our regular shipping charges or may be express-shipped for an additional charge. Certain heavy or oversize items cannot be shipped outside the contiguous 48 states. We regret that we cannot ship to foreign countries.
For an extra charge of $15 per address, we can arrange for rush delivery to most destinations. (If we receive your order by 3 pm PST Monday through Thursday, you'll receive your purchase within two business days; orders placed Friday through Sunday will arrive on Tuesday.) Note: Rush service is not available for items shipped from the manufacturer or for items shipped outside the contiguous 48 states.
Return Information
Unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise may be returned to MountainRags only within 14 days from the date of purchase with a copy of the original invoice. Circle the item(s) that you are returning on the invoice copy and note the reason why. Indicate if you want us to credit the card used to place the order or send you a refund check. Pack and seal your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include the copy of the invoice. Packages must be returned prepaid -- we do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.
